Returns
Due to the nature of our products (health and wellness supplements), we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
However, returns may be considered only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Clear images of the product and packaging
Requests made after this window may not be eligible.
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- The process may take 5–7 working days depending on your bank/payment provider
Refunds are applicable only in:
- Damaged product cases
- Incorrect product delivery
We do not offer refunds for:
- Opened or used products
- Change of mind after purchase
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped.
To cancel your order:
Contact us immediately after placing the order
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
Important Notes
We recommend recording an unboxing video when receiving your order. This helps us process claims faster in case of issues.
